Recreational Teacher

Alex started dancing at Expressions Dance Company at 3 years old and started dancing competitively at the age of 9. She is trained in a medley of styles including, acro, ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, lyrical and tap. After graduating high school, she is now studying Child and Youth Concurrent Education at Brock University.

Alex has participated in many events such as Disney parade in 2016, and has been part of halftime shows for McMaster University's women's basketball team and the Harlem Globetrotters. She was invited to compete at Dance Canada's solo finals in 2023 and 2024 and recently participated in the Canadian Dance Finals in 2024. With a solid background in both performing and teaching she is also in the process of completing International Dance Teaching standards’ Developing Dance Teacher Certification. Alex is dedicated to inspiring and developing young spirited dancers.
